Layout: "Beach Boy"

This is a layout of Christian's trip to Ocean City this past summer. The adorable beach-themed kit is by Shanmomto4 Designs and is called "A Day at the Beach". The font for the title is CK Cute. And did you notice I "scraplifted" my own layout from yesterday? I loved the look so much that I copied it, tweaking it here and there and using a different kit and different colors. I think they both turned out great!

PS - My ex has an issue with me scrapbooking photos of OUR kids taken on "HIS family vacation". I'm not petty enough to think my kids shouldn't be allowed to have memories of their father, no matter how pathetic he is. And there are only TWO layouts out of well over 100 with "MY family vacations" and activities. So since he obviously has nothing better to do than to "cyberstalk" me, here's a message for him: Get over it and grow up already...

Layout: "Beach Cutie"

This is a layout I did of Caleb's trip to the beach this past summer. I adore this kit and hope we go somewhere so I can take pics to use it again and again! The colors are so pretty and cheerful. And the elements are just plain adorable. The digital kit is called "Sea Breeze" and it's by Un_Leash_ed Scraps. The font for the title is CK Cute.

Layout: "A Very Hoppy Birthday"

This is Gabriel's layout for his tenth birthday. Hard to believe the twins are a decade old already! I used a kit called "Hopping Along" by Un_Leash_ed Scraps. I love the boyish colors - theya re perfect. And the froggy elements are just plain adorable! The font I used for the title is called CK Cute.

Layout: It's a Jungle in There!

My daughter's room is usually a disaster zone. So I thought the least I could do was to have evidence of this for when she is someday complaining about her kids' messy rooms! This fun digital kit is by Un_Leash_Ed Scraps and it's called Jungle Party. The alphabet is by Shabby Princess. The font is Banty S.

Layout: "You & Beanie"

Abigail has grown very attached to this beanbag-type pillow she named (what else?) - Beanie. She requested that I make a layout of them together so she will always remember her pal. I love love love everything about this kit - from the fun, bright colors to the adorable froggy elements! It's by Un_Leash_ed Scraps ("Hoppy Together"). The font I used for the title is called Christie.

Layout: "Miracle"

Here is Logan's nine month layout for his album. He is growing way too fast! For this layout, I used the "My Sweet Baby" digital kit by Shanmomto4 Designs. I loved the colors for this one! Babyish, yet boyish - just like Logan. The wordart is from Kati.

Layout: "Sweet Holiday"

Abigail requested the gingerbread girls for her 2008 Christmas layout. She thinks they are absolutely adorable - and I agree. The flower and gingerbread girl elements were designed by Paci. The papers and alphabet are from the "All I Want" kit by the Sweet Shoppe Designers. Fonts are "Banty S" (holiday) and "Baltimore" (journaling).

Layout: "Pink Cupcakes"

This is a layout of me and the twins making yummy strawberry cupcakes for Easter supper. The digital kit is by Phantom Scraps ("My Lil Cupcake"). The sprinkles are from the "Take Me to the Candy Shop" kit by the Digital Candy Blog Train. The font is Cooper Black. I love being able to use "girly" colors!

Layout: "Cutest Baby in the Universe"

Here is another layout I made using the "My Little Monster" kit from Phantom Scraps. Even though it's titled as a "monster" kit, it also works perfectly for "alien" layouts, too! Note I put the tiny little "aliens" in the windows of their spaceship - they are so cute! This layout is Logan's 8 month layout for his album.

Layout: "Sweet"

This is Gabriel's "annual" layout for his scrapbook. He is a sweetie pie! I love the fresh, fun colors of these kits - "Fresh" digital kit by Digi Designs by Nicole and "Is it Spring Yet?" digital kit by Shel Belle Scraps.

Layout: "Christmas"

This is Christian's 2008 Christmas layout. Again, I used the "Beary Christmas" digital kit by Kay Miller Designs (gotta get my money's worth, right?).

Layouts: "Love" (2 color schemes)

I did 2 matching layouts for two of the boys (Gabriel and Caleb) with our 2008 family portraits using different kits and color schemes. I can't decide which I like better. The blue and orange layout was made using the "Feelin' Silly" kit by Andrea (Here a Scrap, There a Scrap). The blue and green layout was made using the "My Life" digital kit by Stolen Moments. I love the bright, funky colors of both layouts!

Layout: "Cutie"

This is Thurman's 18 month layout for his scrapbook. He certainly is a cutie! I used the "Sunita" digital kit by Barbara_Just Passing Through. I love the colors in this one!

Layout: "Mister Personality"

Thurman definitely has quite a unique personality. From his innocent expressions (usually when he's up to no good) to his wacky hair-dos to all the mischief he can get into, he is one little character! I love the bright, fun colors of this layout - they match his personality. The kit is called "Apple Spice and All Things Nice" and it's a collab by mel_hains designs and Charlie's Digi Scraps.

Layout: "Cutest Little Monkey"

I couldn't resist this adorable kit by Kay Miller Designs ("Going Bananas"). I "try" to stick with freebies as raising 6 children certainly isn't cheap. But sometimes, I find a kit that just grabs me that I "have" to have! This was definitely one of them. I used it for Logan's 8 month layout for the family album.

Layout: "Sweet as Sugar"

This is Logan's 6 month layout for the family album. For this one, I used the "Sugar Shoppe" Collab kit by ADS Designers.

Layout: "Beary Christmas"

This is the 2008 Christmas layout for the family album. I was particularly happy with the journaling on this one. I also LOVE this kit by Kay Miller designs ("Beary Christmas").

Layout: "Just Being a Boy"

This is my oldest son, Christian's, "annual" 2009 layout for the family album. I can't believe I have a child who is taller than me - I don't feel old enough! For this layout, I used the "Deisel" kit by Digital Candy's Sweet Tart Team. The wordart is by Digi Vicki.

Layout: "5 Months"

This is Logan's 5 month layout for the family album. I used the "Baby Boy" kit by Shabby Princess for this layout.

Layout: "Cute as a Bug"

This is Logan's 7 month layout for the family album. I love the little dragonflies in this kit. The digital kit is called "Sweet Spring". I would love to give credit to the designer, but I don't know who it is (I lost that info somewhere along the line). Sorry - if you know who it is, please let me know!

Layout: "Handsome Little Devil"

This is Thurman's 18 month layout for the family album. I can't believe how fast he's growing! For this layout, I used the "Boy oh Boy" kit by Shanmomto4 Designs. The wordart is by Sweet Blossoms Designs.

Layout: "100% Boy"

This is Caleb's "annual" 2009 layout for the family album. He's such a goofy guy. For this layout, I used the "Boy oh Boy" digital kit by Shanmomto4 Designs.

Layout: "Gabriel"

This is Gabriel's 2009 "annual" layout. I try to do general layouts of each of the kids once a year just to describe them at that point (favorites, what they like to do, etc). This layout is for the family album. I used a digital kit called "A Boy's Life" kit by Un_Leash_ed_ Scraps. The alphabet is by Stolen Moments.

Layout: "My Sweet Texting Maniac"

This is one of my few 1-page layouts. Abigail sends me the sweetest text messages all the time, but unfortunately my phone only holds so many. I didn't just want to delete them, so I saved some of my favorites on this layout. I used a digital collab kit called "Summer Come Early" by mel_h and Stacey Towers. I love the bright, fun colors.

Layout: "21 Months"

This layout is Thurman's 21 month layout for the family album. I used a digital kit by the Vintage Glam Blog Train called "It's a Boy Thing". I always have a ton of photos for my layouts and it seems like most people these days are doing 1-page layouts. I almost never do 1-page layouts (except for my title pages) because I "need" both sides to match!

Layout: "Escape to Tractor Land"

Thurman (who is almost 2) is completely obsessed with tractors - and anything remotely resembling a tractor. My 11 year old son, Caleb, has a ton of them set up in his room. After trying and failing to scale the gate leading to Caleb's room, Thurman finally managed to get over it and took off into Caleb's room (I wondered why he was so quiet)! For this layout, I used a digital kit by Digital Candy's Sweet Tart Team called "Diesel". I'm sorry if I'm supposed to list the individual items and who designed what, but I just don't know.

Layout: "Snapshots of You"

This is Logan's 7 month layout for his album. I used a digital kit called "It's a Boy Thing" by Rustic Charm Creations. I love the colors in this one! There are so many "girly" kits out there (and believe me, I have tons of them I'm just itching to use), but it's hard to find nice "boyish" kits sometimes so I'm always on the lookout!
